Based in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, RMP Investments was founded in 2016 by Ryan and Maddie Potvin. The firm specializes in the acquisition, management, and repositioning of commercial real estate investments in growing U.S. markets. Our principals bring a combined 20+ years of diverse Real Estate and Business experience with particular expertise in the areas of sustainable building operations, business strategy, construction and project management. Currently, the RMP Investments portfolio includes over $65M in assets across the country.
